Very happy with how our spoilt Mia was looked after! The staff are lovely..so much so that when we picked her up today the lady told us how she hand fed Mia her breakfast. ( I have done that too) so she is a bit of a princess. Would def recommend and so does Mia!!!

I went on holidays for 2 weeks. And I took my 2 ,5 month old ragdolls kittens here for the first time. Not only did the staff show me where they would be they listen and reassured me they would be okay. I left them feeling comfortable and relaxed. Through out my holiday I received emails updating me on my 2 fur babies. Saying that they love play time and getting lot of attention and hugs. I picked them up and they were deffiantly well fed and happy... Absolutely great place and great staff and my kittens will be staying here every time I go away. Thank you so much pet hotel!!! Alma absolutely loved her day there she didn't want to leave. The staff are so lovely & friendly. Alma smelt so nice for days after her bath there.
